ITF Wales Master's Shield
This is a new competition which totals up all medals
won in the English, Scottish, Welsh and UK Opens
(scoring 3 for gold, 2 for silver and 1 for bronze) and
then the person with the highest score will be the
winner of the shield. There are three division: under
13, 13-17 and over 18 (each division is combined colour
and black belt). If you move up an age group throughout
the year your score will go with you, in the event of a
draw on points totals for gold, silver and bronze will
be calculated, if still a draw after this then pattern
medals take preference over sparring until a winner is
decided.
