1 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze between the 4 of us so
not bad and well done to Fairwater for 3 gold, 3
silver and 2 bronze from the five of them - not bad
for Wales. But lets not forget "Gorgeous" Conah's
fan club who made us all feel very welcome and
pointed out how Gorrrrrgeeooouuuuuusssss" Conah is!
And quiet old nice me set a new record for us of 4
yellow cards for sparring :( |

12 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze - well done to
everyone from the school - not a lot more I can say
- I got gold in sparring though... lucky really haha |

Wahooooooooooo me I broke my jinx and won a medal in
the English patterns, picking up a bronze against
Con in the semi because I biffed up my pattern -
ooops.

Good day out for Ely, Fairwater and Cardiff Uni
guys. Actually beat Conah in patterns at last - go
me! Also met Carlos' Mum. Overall we took 4 gold 3
silver 3 bronze and an overall.
